Romantic Valentine’s Day Idea for Guys #1: Buy her flowers. Nothing says “I Love You” more than flowers. Roses are the most romantic and most popular type flower to give your lover for Valentine’s day. Girls love to receive roses, especially if they are personally delivered by the one she loves. If Valentine’s day arrives on a workday, you can deliver the flowers personally to her at work. Delivering them while she is at work would show that you care enough about her to take time out of your busy day and show her that you love her.
Romantic Valentine’s Day Idea for Guys #2: Buy her candy. Something sweet is always, well, sweet. Buying her a box of chocolate candies will really make her happy. You can pick up a great box of chocolate at your local Target or Walmart for between -20. Around Valentine’s Day can find many candy boxes in the shape of a heart. You can either go for her favorite type of chocolate, or you can go for the assorted kind of chocolate candies. If she likes mysteries, I would go for the assorted kinds, because you never know what you’re going to get.
Romantic Valentine’s Day Idea for Guys #3: Take her on a date. Spend a little money. Take her out to a nice dinner at the Olive Garden or the Ground Round. If you know of a nice local restaurant, try taking her there. You should try to avoid fast-food chains because those types of restaurants are often cheap, dirty, and not romantic. When you’re done eating, why not take her out to a romantic movie? Set the mood for later that night. There are usually a few romantic movies that come out around, or on Valentine’s Day. This suggestion will most definitely make a romantic night.
Romantic Valentine’s Day Idea for Guys #4: Cuddle with her. What does a girl love more than spending time with her guy? Cuddling with her guy. Girls love to be close to her guy, and it is up to the guy to make that happen. While you are at the movies or you are watching a movie at home, put your arm around her and bring her in closer to you to give her a kiss. She will love that. If you are watching the movie on a couch, lay down on the couch with your back resting on the back of the couch. Make sure that you leave enough room for her to lay down on the couch with you. Wrap your arm around her and cuddle. If you are watching a romantic movie, she will most likely turn around and give you a kiss during an “awww moment” of the movie. If she doesn’t do that, then you can go an extra step and give her a kiss on her cheek or on the back of her head. Cuddling is probably the most romantic things you could do on a Valentine’s Day with the one you love.

Unfortunately it is because they live a long distance from their girlfriend or they might be out of town. This opens up the opportunity for a surprise. It is already set up for you. She thinks you can’t make it home for the big Valentine’s Day. Send her some flowers with a box of chocolate in the morning. Write a note with the flowers that says something like: “Sorry I can’t make it to you for Valentine’s Day. I Love you and miss you.” She will probably get some tears thinking about being alone for the night. In the afternoon, give her a call and talk to her and tell her some plans that you have for tonight. Make sure that you say “I’ll be thinking of you” or “I miss you” while you are talking to her. Later that night, show up at her front door with more flowers and ring the doorbell. Say something romantic when she opens the door. “I couldn’t stop thinking about you, so I hopped on the first flight home.” Or “I thought it would be nice if I delivered these myself.” She will love it. You could even try reading her a Valentine’s Day Poem.
